We carried out the first phase of the completion of the development at Maghull Manor House, co-ordinating all the services to 13 apartments, 2 bungalows and 6 terrace houses. The six-month project started with the planned excavation of the new services, and we co-ordinated the installation of the water supply, gas and electrical installations to each property. To allow meters to be installed, the road into the development needed a name. Our apprentice, Jamie Webster, suggested using the "moat" which was originally on the site, and Old Moat Lane was accepted by Sefton Council.
