On appointment, the service company carries out an initial inspection of the system to establish its condition and report any major areas of non-compliance with the code.

Service and maintenance packages
We offer a range of service and maintenance packages, tailored to your business circumstances, operating conditions and budget. All maintenance is carried out in accordance with strict procedures by a qualified engineer, who checks that your fire protection systems are intact and able to sound an alarm. As our client you receive comprehensive paperwork and results detailing all work carried out.
In addition to scheduled quarterly or six-monthly visits, we can provide continuous monitoring of a line linking the alarm system to our nominated alarm receiving centre.
Emergency call out
We operate a 24-hour emergency call out service, 365 days a year, for our clients. We aim to attend emergency call outs within four hours and often arrive sooner.
