We refurbish schools, offices and apartments, from stripping out and refitting a single room to a full building, with the electrical and fire safety work done by our own engineers.
A lot of our refurbishment work is in schools and colleges, where jobs have to be planned around the people using the building. We co-ordinate the trades, keep you informed and hand over a finished space with the paperwork that goes with it.

Electrical and safety work included
Refurbishment usually means moving lights, sockets and fire detection. Our NICEIC registered engineers carry out the electrical works, lighting design, fire alarm changes and emergency lighting as part of the same job, so you do not need a separate contractor.
